Opt Out dates are invalid for new scheme members
Description
Once an opt out date has been provided on a submission the record can then be removed for future submissions.
Opt out file lists every employee that has opted out. This should be uploaded into the payroll software to stop further contribution deductions. Refunds can be made immediately to employees and the updated B&CE opt out file that displays the refund amount can be ignored, however new employee records that have opted out need to be actioned.
